Sample Student Projects
Throughout CP English 10, you will have opportunities to demonstrate your learning in many different ways. It is my hope that you find many of these assignments enjoyable and view them as an opportunity to make them your own creation. Below are some student project samples from previous years where students were able to let their creativity shine while showing their knowledge of a topic.
During the Looking for Alaska unit, students were tasked with creating a body biography of one of the characters from the book. Above is a project a student completed on the character, Alaska.

During the school year, you will read several independent reading books. Above is a project a student completed on their book, No Longer Human. They created a playlist based on songs that fit their book.

Above are two posters created by students during our Night unit. Students researched a current social injustice, created media to spread awareness, and presented their project to the class. The posters above were a part of two separate projects.
